Job summary

Novonesis is seeking a Global Regulatory Affairs Specialist, Product Regulatory - PPWR, to help ensure packaging changes meet regulatory requirements and secure market access across global markets. In this hybrid role based in Hørsholm, Denmark, you will collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Quality, and R&D to translate complex regulations into actionable guidance.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree and 4–5 years of regulatory experience, with strong English communication

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Regulatory Affairs or a related scientific field.
• 4–5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, product compliance, or market access.
• Experience assessing regulatory impact of packaging changes on registrations and labels.
• Fluent English; strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assess regulatory impact of PPWR-driven packaging changes across markets.
• Develop regulatory frameworks, tools, and guidance for teams.
• Act as Product Regulatory Affairs representative in PPWR workstreams.
• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to align requirements.
