Job summary

Dantaxi, part of Uber, is Denmark’s largest taxi company seeking an Operations Manager. You will shape the marketplace in Denmark, partner with Uber regional teams, and lead data-driven initiatives to grow the business and improve customer and driver experiences.

You will collaborate with leadership, manage the partner support team, and drive end-to-end operational execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, strategy, management consulting, or marketplace roles with data-driven decision making.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into operational actions.
• Proven ability to lead, coordinate across teams, and own initiatives end-to-end.
• Fluent in Danish and professional English; comfortable with cross-border collaboration.

Help shape the future of mobility in Denmark

We are now looking for an Operations Manager to become a central part of our operations team. This role acts as the right hand to the Dantaxi COO and will have significant influence on strategy, execution, and the continued development of our business in Denmark.

You will work closely with both Dantaxi’s leadership and key teams at Uber, and you will be responsible for driving operational and commercial initiatives that ensure growth, strong partner relationships, and a well-functioning marketplace.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is comfortable taking on significant responsibility - someone who is motivated by turning analysis into action and delivering measurable results.

You will also partner with Uber’s regional teams, including the Northern European Driver and Marketplace teams, to ensure alignment across markets and support both short- and long-term growth objectives.

Your responsibilities

Marketplace & Operations

• Develop and drive the overall Dantaxi marketplace strategy for Denmark in collaboration with Uber
• Ensure high quality in day-to-day operations and support a strong customer experience
• Support the Dantaxi COO in strategic planning, prioritization and operational decision-making
• Build scalable processes, governance, and structure in a constantly evolving organization

Partner Support & Engagement

• Lead the partner support team enabling onboarding, engagement and long-term partner success
• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve driver growth and engagement

Data & Performance Insights

• Own and develop the overall data insights strategy
• Define frameworks for performance tracking, forecasting and reporting
• Translate data into concrete recommendations and operational initiatives

Who are you?

We expect that you have experience in operations, strategy, management consulting, marketplace management, or similar roles where you have worked with complex challenges, data, and execution. We are looking for someone who enjoys getting hands-on, solving operational problems directly, and driving execution end-to-end.

You are motivated by responsibility and work in a structured and analytical way - while also being action-oriented and capable of getting things done in the right way.

We are looking for someone who:

• 5-7 years of experiences in operations, growth, strategy, or project management
• Has strong analytical capabilities with experience using data to drive operational and commercial decisions
• Has experience with Google Sheets/Excel and preferably SQL
• Is a strong problem solver who can turn complex challenges into actionable solutions
• Works independently and takes ownership
• Thrives in a dynamic environment with many stakeholders
• Is skilled at building relationships and collaborating across teams and organizations
• Has leadership or people management experience
• Is fluent in Danish and able to work professionally in English
• Thrives in a high-paced culture with autonomy and short decision-making processes

Nice to have

• Experience from marketplace, platform, or mobility businesses
• Experience with performance management and growth strategies
• Knowledge of SQL, automation, or AI tools
• Experience working cross-functionally across local and international teams
• Understanding of how data-driven decision-making drives commercial growth
