As an Operational Leadership Partner, you will work at the intersection of leadership, strategy and operations — helping leaders and leadership teams close the gap between what they aspire to and whatactually happensin practice.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Identify and address the organisational conditions that enable or limit leadership performance, including structures, routines, governance and ways of working.
Partner with leaders and leadership teams to strengthen leadershipperformancewhere it matters most: in everyday decisions, collaboration and execution.
Facilitate leadership team development by creating clarity, alignment and ownership around priorities, roles and operating rhythm.
Design and drive targeted interventions that improve how leadership is practised and translated into business results.
Bring perspectives from across Novo Nordisk and beyond to challenge assumptions and strengthen local leadership effectiveness.
Our team- Operational Leadership-is part of Enterprise IT & Quality, located inthe EITQ ExecutiveOffice.In total, we count around 650 leaders globally, and by supporting them, in their leadership – we help the business.We are a small and diverse team, with different experience from Novo Nordisk and other industries.
We're looking for someone who combines deep leadership insightswith a practical, business-orientedmindset — someone who sees leadership effectiveness as an operational discipline, notanoneof exercise.
You'll bring:
AMaster's degree in business, organisational psychology, HR, leadership, strategy, management or a related field — or equivalent experience.
Strong leadership experience and/ora deep understanding of what drives performance in complex organisations.
Proven ability to work with leaders and leadership teams as a trusted partner, creating progress through influence rather than authority.
The judgement to identify underlying challenges and translate insights into practical actions and lasting change.
Confidenceinfacilitating difficult conversations, challenging constructively and building trust with senior stakeholders.
A pragmatic mindset and a strong desire to help leaders perform better in practice, not only in theory.
Experience from multiple industries or organisational contexts.
Experience with organisational transformation, operating models or change execution.
Leadership sparring,consulting or facilitation experience.
