Job summary

You willown and evolve the onboarding and engagement experience at Novo Nordisk, ensuring every new hire feels connected to our mission,cultureand colleagues from day one.You will alsoleadkeyprojects within the scope of our area and the broader Talent Acquisitiontoensure we attract and hire the best talent.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Driving,maintainingand improving the global onboarding approachtoconnect new employees to our purpose,valuesand ways of working
• Actingasglobal Process Managerand advisor for Onboarding,engagingwith a network of colleaguesinvolved in onboarding-relatedtasks and deliverables
• Leadingthe planning and execution of key projectswithinTalent Engagement, and the broader Global Talent Acquisition
• Drivingcommunication and stakeholder engagement on key projects andinitiatives
• Becoming a member of the Talent Engagement leadership team, working closely on our area's priorities and decisions and driving collaboration and alignment

Your skills and qualifications

We are looking for someone who is self-driven and combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and has genuine passion for creating business impact and an outstanding experience for hiring managers and new hires.

You bring:

• A degree in HR,OrganisationalPsychology,Communicationsor a related field
• Experience in onboarding, employee engagement or employee experience roles is preferred, ideally within a large, global organisation
• A proven track record of designing and delivering projects / programmes that drive measurable improvements, preferably within the areas of Talent Acquisition or Employee Experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and seniority levels
• Excellent project management capabilities, comfortable managing multiple initiatives in parallel
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English; experience working in an international environment is preferred

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 742,600.00 to 1,091,600.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.

Placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
