Zoku Copenhagen ApS in Copenhagen is seeking a passionate chef for our Living Kitchen, an open kitchen that emphasizes fast service and creativity. You will plate dishes, sometimes create buffets, and collaborate with the team to develop menus and forecast supply needs.

You will be the face of the kitchen and interact with guests, while welcoming independence in your daily work. Requirements include a minimum of 1 year in a kitchen or restaurant, HACCP experience, fluent English; EU residency

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of kitchen/restaurant experience.
• Experience implementing HACCP guidelines (Hygiejnebevis).
• Fluent in English; Danish and other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes in the Living Kitchen and plate attractively.
• Collaborate with chefs to develop menu offerings and forecast supply needs.
• Be the face of the kitchen and engage with guests; work independently when needed.
