Job summary

Orion Mining Inc. seeks an experienced Production Chemistry Engineer to provide technical support to the Field Operations Department.

The role will provide Tier 1 / Tier 2 production chemistry assistance to the Smart Room and site, supporting flow assurance, production, integrity, environmental compliance and chemical treatment optimisation. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
• 3–5 years experience in Oil & Gas.
• Experience with production chemistry and chemical injection.
• Experience supporting chemical trials.
• Good understanding of Oil & Gas processing.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/2 production chemistry support to field operations.
• Monitor daily chemical consumption and adjust as needed.
• Monitor laboratory results and advise on treatment methods.
• Coordinate delivery of production chemicals to site.
• Plan chemical cleaning operations.
• Prepare environmental permit requests and ensure compliance.
