Job summary

Future Construction Recruitment seeks a BIM Coordinator to lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination on a major data centre project in Denmark. You will work with design and construction teams, coordinating BIM delivery so information flows accurately to site teams.

The role emphasizes clash detection, resolving design issues, and maintaining BIM standards, environments and document control, with on-site work in Olgod.

Qualifications

• Experience as a BIM Coordinator or BIM Technician within construction or building services.
• Strong working knowledge of Revit and Navisworks.
• Experience coordinating models and resolving clashes across multiple disciplines.
• Understanding of BIM standards, common data environments and document control processes.
• Data centre, pharmaceutical or industrial project experience would be beneficial.
• Willingness to work on site in Olgod.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models across design and construction.
• Carrying out clash detection, tracking issues and supporting their resolution.
• Working closely with consultants, subcontractors and site teams to manage design interfaces.
