Job summary

You will conduct laboratory experiments, develop processes, and work on customer and co-development projects to transform ideas into scalable solutions.

The candidate should hold an MSc or PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related field, with hands-on lab experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate

• Develop and optimise oligonucleotide manufacturing processes.

• Analyse data, solve technical challenges and drive continuous improvement.
• Support the introduction of new technologies and manufacturing capabilities.
• Work with development, manufacturing and commercial teams.
