Job summary

SGS in Lyngby is seeking an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Program Manager to support Microsoft Quantum across cleanrooms, laboratories and workshops in a fast-moving R&D environment. You will identify hazards, assess risk, and develop practical, compliant controls in collaboration with engineers, technicians and vendors, while maintaining up-to-date risk assessments and safe work procedures.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day OHS support for laboratory operations including cleanrooms and workshops.
Identify hazards, assess risk and develop practical, proportionate controls.
Maintain risk assessments, safe work procedures and related OHS documentation.
Coordinate onboarding, safety induction and training for staff and vendors.
Support incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions.
Participate in workplace assessments and laboratory-readiness reviews.
