Job summary

RWE Renewables Denmark A/S seeks an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to supervise day-to-day maintenance at Thor Offshore Wind Farm and its substations, collaborating with offshore technicians, control room, engineering, warehouse, and site management to ensure safe, efficient operations.

You will plan, coordinate, and monitor work, support troubleshooting, manage personnel logistics, and ensure compliance with HSE standards while supporting offshore personnel onboarding and authorization.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training or equivalent technical qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Significant offshore wind operations and maintenance experience, including coordination of maintenance activities.
• Strong technical knowledge of wind turbine troubleshooting and fault-finding, preferably on Siemens Gamesa platforms.
• Experience with maintenance management systems and digital tools, including SAP PM.
• Fluency in Danish and English with offshore medical fitness and relevant safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day and weekly maintenance activities across Thor Offshore Wind Farm and substations.
• Ensure activities comply with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Provide remote technical support to offshore technicians during maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Plan and monitor personnel transfers via CTVs and helicopters.
• Create and archive digital work orders and maintenance documentation in SAP PM.
• Prepare RAMS and verify contractor compliance with site requirements.
• Support onboarding, training, and authorization of offshore wind turbine technicians.
