Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced Well Service Supervisor based in Esbjerg, Denmark, to support a major offshore development in the Danish North Sea. The role focuses on planning, coordinating and safely executing well service and intervention activities with offshore teams and service providers.

Based in Esbjerg with some offshore travel, the candidate will manage contractor activities, ensure HSE compliance, and drive operational readiness and continuous improvement across multiple

Qualifications

• Relevant experience within oil and gas well operations, well intervention, well services, completions or workovers.
• Experience supporting offshore operations within the North Sea is desirable.
• Good understanding of well operations, contractor management and operational planning.
• Offshore certification (BOSIET/FOET and Medical) would be advantageous.
• Eligibility to live and work in Denmark.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate well service and well intervention operations.
• Prepare and review operational programs, procedures and risk assessments.
• Provide operational support to offshore teams during execution activities.
• Coordinate contractor and service company activities.
• Support well integrity and barrier management requirements.
• Participate in operational readiness reviews and planning meetings.
• Monitor operational performance, costs and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support lessons learned, continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Attend offshore operations and vendor facilities as required.
