ITProposal is seeking an experienced Nutanix Engineer / Networking IT Support Engineer for an on-call freelance role in Denmark. The candidate will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, network, and infrastructure incidents across enterprise environments.

The ideal professional holds a CCNA certification, demonstrates strong Nutanix proficiency (AOS/AHV/Prism), and communicates fluently in English. On-site and remote support are expected, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure, virtualization, networking, or IT support engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with the Nutanix ecosystem (AOS, AHV, Prism).
• Experience supporting VMware and/or Hyper-V environments.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching.
• Proven experience providing Break & Fix support in enterprise environments.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure and networking issues.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell and/or Python is advantageous.

• Respond to critical incidents and service requests within agreed response times.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams on infrastructure and cloud-related projects.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, incident reports, and service records.
• Ensure professional interaction with end users, stakeholders, and customers at all times.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Nutanix Engineer / Networking IT Support Engineer to provide Break & Fix support services across enterprise infrastructure environments. This freelance, on-call role requires a highly skilled professional who can diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, network, and infrastructure-related incidents efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Nutanix and networking technologies, hold a valid CCNA certification, and demonstrate excellent communication skills with fluent English proficiency.
