Job summary

GN Group in Ballerup invites applications for a Manufacturing Test Engineer to develop production test solutions for GN’s professional headsets and audio/video products. You will create test concepts, design fixtures and sequences, and manage project activities alongside R&D teams across Denmark and China.

The role requires engineering education, strong analytical skills, and experience with test software/hardware and collaboration with suppliers. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Educated in engineering or a related field with an interest in manufacturing test management.
• Ability to translate technical challenges into structured test solutions.
• Strong documentation and delivery standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost-efficient production test solutions and platforms for NPI projects.
• Define production test concepts, fixtures, sequences and releases for manufacturing sites.
• Plan, coordinate and manage project activities within your area.
• Specify test requirements with product design and R&D teams.
• Continuously improve and update existing test platforms.
• Document test methods and platforms to support consistent implementation.
• Collaborate with external partners and test-equipment vendors.
