Job summary

nShift is seeking a Head of Regional Marketing for the Nordics on a fixed-term maternity cover basis (one year). You will lead regional demand generation, collaborate with sales and partners, and shape go-to-market programs across the Nordics to drive measurable revenue growth.

You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, manage events, content localization, and multi-channel campaigns while aligning with regional sales and partners to accelerate ARR expansion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading regional or field marketing in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
• Strong track record in demand generation, events and customer marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional demand generation to drive marketing-generated leads and ARR growth.
• Activate channels including events, webinars, local email campaigns, content localization and digital campaigns.
• Act as the primary marketing lead for regional sales and partner stakeholders to align go-to-market priorities.
• Co-create regional plans to support direct and partner-influenced growth.
• Own the regional events strategy and ensure clear pipeline impact.
• Drive funnel progression from first touch to opportunity and close.
• Build and scale regional customer advocacy through stories and case studies.
• Collaborate with growth, website, brand, social media and product marketing to meet regional needs.
• Infuse regional market insight into company planning and messaging.
