Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Head of Public Policy, Nordics to lead policy work across Denmark, Norway and Sweden, reporting to EU leadership. You will design and execute regional plans from Copenhagen, Stockholm, or Oslo, influencing regulators and stakeholders to protect Snap’s interests.

You will develop advocacy strategies, prepare briefing materials, and collaborate with Legal, Sales, Communications, and Product teams to support business growth and policy outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Significant experience in Nordic public policy and senior advocacy.
• Established relationships with government officials and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Snap’s primary public policy representative in the Nordic region.
• Develop and execute advocacy strategies and build coalitions.
• Produce policy analysis, briefing notes and stakeholder materials.
• Support policy positions through research and cross‑functional coordination.
• Monitor EU regulatory developments and coordinate with Brussels team.
• Travel to Brussels as needed to support priorities.
• Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Communications and Product teams.
