Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Head of Public Policy, Nordics to lead public policy and government relations across the Nordic region from Copenhagen, Stockholm, or Oslo.

You will design and execute the public policy plan for relevant markets, partnering with the Global Public Policy team to protect Snap’s interests and support growth. You will build coalitions, monitor regulatory developments, and coordinate with Brussels on EU priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required in a related field.
• Significant experience in public policy or government affairs in the Nordic region.
• Established relationships with Nordic government officials and regulators.
• Experience with technology and digital policy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Snap’s primary public policy representative for the Nordic region.
• Develop and execute advocacy strategies to advance policy priorities.
• Produce policy analyses, briefing notes, and stakeholder mappings.
• Support development of policy positions through research and cross-functional coordination.
• Monitor EU regulatory developments and coordinate with Brussels team; travel to Brussels is expected.
• Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Communications, and Product teams to align policy messaging.
• Partner with the Nordic region and consultants to support market needs.
