Job summary

Baxter International Inc. in Denmark is seeking a Pharmacovigilance Specialist to maintain an efficient local PV system across the Nordics in line with European regulations and Baxter procedures.

You will coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Business Units, HCPs, and authorities, and work closely with the UK PV team within the cluster model to ensure timely safety reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance, Drug Safety or related role.
• Fluent in Danish, Swedish and English; strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• ADR reporting: collect, document, and follow-up all local AEs per SOPs.
• Transmit reports to GPS (Global Patient Safety) in a timely manner.
• Respond to GPS queries and safety questions with support from PV team.
• Close and archive ADR reports per SOPs.
• Process SAEs in clinical trials per protocol.
• Act as local PV representative during audits and inspections.
• Collaborate with third parties to ensure PV clauses in agreements.
