Job summary

Maersk is seeking an LCL Operations Agent to join the Nordic LCL team. You will coordinate export and import shipments from booking creation to final delivery, ensuring operational excellence and strong service levels across global supply chains.

You will manage exceptions, monitor costs, and maintain accurate financial execution in CargoWise, while collaborating with customers, vendors and internal teams in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience within freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations.
• Understanding of international transportation, import/export processes, and shipping documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with operational and financial data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end LCL export and import shipments from booking creation to final delivery.
• Maintain SOPs, KPIs, and compliance; monitor progress and handle delays and exceptions.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, destinations, and internal stakeholders.
• Validate operational costs, vendor charges, and ensure accurate revenue/cost entries.
