Job summary

Maersk is seeking an LCL Operations Agent for the Nordic region to coordinate export and import shipments, ensuring operational excellence and accurate financial execution throughout the shipment lifecycle.

You will manage bookings, documentation, cargo movements, and milestones, while communicating with customers, vendors, and internal teams in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations.
• Understanding of international transportation and import/export processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with operational and financial data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end LCL export and import shipments from booking to delivery.
• Ensure operational processes, KPIs and compliance are followed.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve delays and exceptions.
• Maintain updates in CargoWise and other systems; communicate with customers and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
