atNorth is seeking a General Counsel to establish and lead the company's Legal function across the Nordics. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape strategy, oversee governance, compliance, and major transactions, and act as a trusted advisor to the Board and investors.

You will lead complex commercial negotiations, work across land, power, and infrastructure projects, and build a high-performing legal team to support rapid growth in data centre infrastructure and digital workloads.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as General Counsel or senior legal leader.
• Proven track record in complex commercial negotiations.
• Experience in governance, compliance, and financing matters.
• Background in data centres or digital infrastructure is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead the Legal function.
