Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S in Måløv, Capital Region of Denmark, is seeking an Associate Director, Nonclinical Project Management for Small Molecules. You will lead nonclinical project management from lead candidate selection through clinical development and regulatory submission.

By coordinating toxicology, pharmacokinetics, safety pharmacology and related disciplines, you will build integrated plans, manage timelines and budgets, and drive high‑quality data packages for regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• Academic degree and several years in pharma/biotech drug development.
• Three+ years in nonclinical project management or cross-functional drug development.
• Strong understanding of nonclinical small-molecule development and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead nonclinical PM for a portfolio of small-molecule projects.
• Coordinate tox, safety pharmacology, metabolism, PK, bioanalysis and related disciplines.
• Establish integrated project plans covering timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, resources.
• Bring teams together to identify and resolve issues and maintain momentum toward milestones.
• Drive the preparation of high-quality nonclinical data packages for regulatory submissions.
• Plan and facilitate nonclinical design reviews and regulatory interactions.
