Job summary

The Center for Translational Neuromedicine at the Panum Institute, University of Copenhagen, invites applications for a part-time TAP-FU to support a 6-month neuroscience project starting 1 January 2027. You will join a multidisciplinary team examining cerebrospinal fluid drainage during migraine, performing cisterna magna injections and in vivo imaging in rodent models.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree, EU FELASA certification, rodent surgery and in vivo imaging experience, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• EU FELASA certification/dispensation.
• Experience in rodent surgery.
• Experience in in vivo imaging.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assist in a project investigating cerebrospinal fluid drainage during a migraine attack.
• Assist and perform cisterna magna injections.
• In vivo imaging of cortical CSF tracer influx using mesoscopic fluorescence imaging.
• Study lymphatic drainage of CSF tracers in the cervical lymphatics.
• Generate migraine rodent models using pharmacological methods.
