Job summary

PanTarg, a Danish biotech start-up incubated at the BioInnovation Institute (BII) in Copenhagen, seeks a scientist with hands-on histology and IHC experience to join the team on site. Qualifications

• Documented experience in histology and IHC, including target/biomarker scoring, TMA, and spatial analysis.
• PhD preferred with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in pharma/biotech or as a post doc; robust 5+ years without PhD acceptable if qualified.
• Good scientific communication skills and ability to present data to a professional audience.

Responsibilities

• Generate and analyze data for key readouts and business decisions, including safety assessments and clinical indication selection.
• Collaborate within a startup environment at BII and on-site in Copenhagen.
• Present data clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
