• Experience leading MES implementations or large factory deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MES programme from planning to implementation.
• Take overall responsibility for scope, timelines, budget and delivery.
• Drive governance, stakeholder management and programme execution.
• Lead collaboration with business leaders, IT teams, vendors and implementation partners.
• Ensure successful system integration, data migration and testing.
• Drive change management across production sites and business units.
• Support process standardisation and optimisation.
