You will analyze how to balance digital self‑service with personalized support, benchmark global practices, and present actionable recommendations to influence operating models and investment

Qualifications

• Students in final stage of master's degree and preparing to write their thesis.
• Backgrounds in Business Administration, Marketing, CX, Service Management or Hospitality Management are relevant.
• Digital Business, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics or Market Research backgrounds are valuable.

Responsibilities
