Job summary

Orion Group seeks a Master Data Coordinator to support a major master data cleanup in Denmark – onshore. You will ensure accurate, complete and standardised Material Master data in SAP, acting as the interface between technical teams, warehouse operations and central data cells.

The two-year contract starts 1 October 2026. You will manage MRF processes, data validation, manufacturer data standardisation, and cross‑functional data quality controls, requiring expert SAP MM and MS Excel skills and

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in Master Data, Material Management, Stock Control or Procurement Support.
• Experience within the Oil & Gas industry or a comparable industrial environment is preferred.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Expert-level SAP experience, particularly within the Material Management module, including Material Masters and MRP.
• Expert-level MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Lead – Master Data in the execution of the Material Master data cleaning programme.
• Coordinate between third-party providers, technical teams, stock teams and the WIPRO central referential cell.
• Process Material Request Forms (MRFs), checking for complete and accurate information before technical validation.
• Prepare, check and submit MRFs to the Centralized Master Data Cell / WIPRO and follow through to implementation.
• Clean and standardise manufacturer data, including manufacturer references and descriptions.
• Verify and correct technical material data with Technical Duets and complete missing long descriptions.
