Job summary

Scalgo, a Copenhagen-based company developing digital tools to model water movement and flood risk, is seeking a student assistant in marketing. You will support website updates, email campaigns, and social media content creation to help grow an international user base.

You will work about 15 hours per week from our Copenhagen office with flexible hours around exams. The role fits students in marketing, communications, or related fields who are fluent in English and eager to learn about B2B

Scalgo develops digital tools that help professionals understand how water moves through landscapes and urban environments. By processing large volumes of high‑resolution terrain data, our platform, Scalgo Live, enables engineers, planners, and architects to explore flood risk, surface water dynamics, and catchment behaviour. The job

As a student assistant, you will work broadly with varying marketing and communication activities. Our marketing activities are continuously developing, giving you the chance to influence how we expand and streamline our marketing efforts.

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Website Updates: Help keep the website up-to-date and publish content.
• Email marketing: Prepare webinar follow‑ups, email campaigns and newsletters.
• Social Media Support: Assist in creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube using Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Coordination: Coordinate translations, order marketing material and prints, and handle different administrative tasks.

You will be working approximately 15 hours a week from our Copenhagen office with a beautiful view over the Copenhagen harbour and Christianshavn. The hours can be flexible during your exam period.

About you

You want to learn more about B2B marketing. Scalgo is expanding fast, both in existing markets and going into new countries, giving you hands‑on experience in how to use digital marketing to grow an international business.

Scalgo Live is used by planners and engineers working with projects related to blue‑green cities, climate adaptation, nature restoration and flood mitigation. We expect you to be interested in such topics and want to learn more about it.

We imagine that you:

• Currently are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business, communication, journalism, media studies, or similar.
• Are detail‑oriented, systematic, and ready to take up a challenge.
• Have a flair for writing, especially content suitable for SoMe and digital marketing.
• Are fully fluent in English. It is a big bonus if you speak more languages.

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Mailchimp, and CMS is a strong plus.
