Job summary

MARPRO Group seeks an Electrician for an organisation based in Copenhagen, Denmark, to install, maintain and test advanced maritime electronic and control systems. The role combines field deployments with in-house engineering and requires hands-on problem solving and documenting activities.

Ideal candidates have low‑voltage electrical experience, ability to read technical drawings, knowledge of radio/IP networks, and fluency in English. Some travel and security clearance are required.

Qualifications

  • Educated Marine Engineer, Electrician, Electronics Technician, Electro Technical Officer or similar technical background.
  • Experience with low-voltage electrical systems.
  • Experience reading and working from technical drawings, wiring diagrams and system documentation.
  • Understanding of electronics, communication equipment and technical systems.
  • Knowledge of radio systems, networks or IP-based technologies.
  • Fluency in English, eligibility to work within the EU and EU security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot and test advanced electronic, communication and control systems used in maritime operations.
  • Work both in-house and in the field, supporting deployments, upgrades and operations.
  • Contribute across the system lifecycle from assembly to ongoing support and improvement.
  • Travel for field support and operations as required.
