Job summary

Syddansk Universitet seeks a Project Manager with expertise in Horizon Europe project management, public consultations, and event facilitation. The role supports SDU NAT's External Relations Team and the Department of Biology, coordinating European and Danish collaborations and reporting.

The successful candidate will bridge operations with research, handle complex stakeholder engagement, and contribute to policy-relevant outputs. This is a full-time, on-site position in Odense, Denmark.

Qualifications

• PhD in marine science or closely related field.
• Experience coordinating EU Horizon Europe projects or similar.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Danish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational management of SDU NAT and related projects.
• Coordinate public consultations and policy-relevant activities.
• Organise events, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Prepare scientific, impact, and financial reports for funders.
• Document progress and ensure timely submission of deliverables.
• Facilitate collaboration across international institutions.
