Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Finance FP&A professional in Aarhus to lead end-to-end monthly closings, KPI reporting, and business partnering with manufacturing teams. You will own forecasting, budgeting, and performance analytics, translating complex financial data into clear, decision-relevant messages for senior leadership.

You will collaborate across factories and functions, advancing automation, data integrity, and storytelling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in FP&A, Business Finance, Controlling or Management Reporting.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, performance management and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; SAP and Power BI experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end monthly closing and performance reporting for Manufacturing.
• Deliver variance analysis vs budget and forecast.
• Explain movements using financial and operational drivers.
• Highlight risks, opportunities and one-off effects.
• Coordinate inputs across factories, functions and stakeholders.
• Prepare senior management materials and SteerCo packets.
• Translate results into clear insights for decisions.
• Maintain KPIs, dashboards, templates and reporting tools.
