Sticks'n'Sushi in Rungsted is seeking experienced hospitality leaders to join our management team. You will raise the bar on daily operations, build a strong team culture, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include leading Front of House teams, coaching staff, driving service standards, and supporting recruitment and development while ensuring compliance with company policies. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role with opportunity to grow within a renowned international

As part of a management team, you will dare to raise the bar on daily operations, build a strong and engaged team culture together, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Depending on your level of experience and the position, your responsibilities may include:

• Leading and inspiring Front of House teams

• Coaching, developing, and supporting team members
• Driving operational excellence and high service standards
• Managing restaurant performance and KPI's
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and talent development
• Ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
