Job summary

Sticks'n'Sushi Borgergade in Copenhagen is seeking a Kitchen Porter to help maintain a clean, organized kitchen and support the cooking team. Your role includes washing up, keeping surfaces hygienic, and assisting with deliveries in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, safe and hygienic at all times.
• Wash dishes and utensils; support chefs with basic prep as needed.
• Receive and unload deliveries and check for quantity and quality.

About the job

As a Kitchen Porter, you will carry out some of the fundamental tasks which are essential for the smooth running of a kitchen.

You will work in a team with chefs where your main duties include keeping the kitchen clean, tidy, safe and hygienic as well as washing up and receiving and unloading deliveries.

Required skills

The right attitude is a must, experience is not. If you are ‘one of us’ and can do the above, we can teach your everything else.
