Job summary

Bang & Olufsen is seeking a Designer to lead the execution of the brand design language across digital campaigns, print collateral, packaging, and OOH. You will work hands-on while evolving guidelines and governance to scale the identity across channels.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in luxury design, masterful typography and layout, and a portfolio spanning digital and physical media. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with excellent English communication, is essential.

Qualifications

• Premium or luxury design background with a portfolio across digital and print.
• 3–5 years of design experience in the luxury/high-end lifestyle space.
• Deep mastery of typography, layout, print/production nuances, and systems thinking.
• Portfolio demonstrating ability to bring visual identities to life across mediums.
• Strong presentation skills to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of design output across digital campaigns, print collateral, packaging, and more.
• Deliver hands-on design execution for OOH displays, invites, campaigns, brochures, and signage.
• Drive the design system and collaborate cross-functionally for visual impact and consistency.
• Build and maintain brand guidelines and a scalable asset library.
• Manage design projects from concept through production with meticulous attention to detail.
