Job summary

Siemens Odense is seeking a proactive and service-minded Logistics Coordinator to support our global logistics operations. You will help ensure shipments are delivered worldwide safely, compliantly, on time, and cost-effectively.

Working closely with colleagues, customers, freight forwarders, and suppliers, you will coordinate transportation, customs activities, export documentation, and daily logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Education within Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Freight Forwarding, or similar.
• Experience within logistics, transportation, export administration, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of customs procedures, Incoterms, and international transportation is an advantage.
• Experience with ERP systems (NAV, SAP, or similar).
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global shipments by air, sea, road, and courier.
• Manage freight forwarders and transportation providers.
• Handle export, import, customs, and trade compliance activities.
• Prepare and review shipping and customs documentation.
• Support dangerous goods transportation and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse, project, and order management teams.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvements in logistics processes, cost efficiency, and service levels.
