Job summary

Actief Hartmanns A/S currently seeks four reliable, practical workers for a permanent foundry role in Herning. Training is provided for 4–6 weeks on the day shift, followed by permanent day or evening shifts.

No prior foundry experience required; a strong eye for quality and reliability is valued as you learn a specialised craft in Denmark. You will join an industrial environment with a focus on safety, accuracy and continuous learning while contributing to product quality for demanding

Qualifications

• reliable and punctual every work day
• enjoy physical and practical work
• experience from industry, production, warehouse, metal work or crafts (preferred)
• eye for quality, details and order
• understand that your work is important for the finished product
• can communicate in English; Danish language skills are not required

Responsibilities

• preparing moulds and equipment for casting
• casting aluminium in permanent moulds and sand moulds
• handling and removing cast parts
• deburring and removing excess aluminium from casting
• visual inspection of parts and surfaces
• keeping the workplace tidy, safe and well organised
