FUJIFILM Biotechnologies Denmark ApS invites interns to gain hands-on experience in optimizing biopharmaceutical processes, data analytics, and continuous improvement at our Hillerød site. You will work with LEAN, Kaizen, and Shingo-inspired methods, receiving mentoring during the initial month to ensure smooth integration and skill development.

Qualifications

• Open interest or academic background in biopharmaceutical manufacturing or process optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and visualization platforms like Alteryx, Tableau, and Power Apps.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• The working language is English.

Responsibilities

• Workshop Facilitation: plan and facilitate workshops aimed at process improvement.
• Data Analysis & Dashboard Creation: use Alteryx to build data sources and dashboards in Tableau/Power Apps.
• Improvement Projects: lead and execute projects focused on continuous improvement.
• Problem-Solving & Kaizen Activities: participate to identify and solve operational challenges.
• Performance Metrics: contribute to KPI development and refinement.
• Culture Promotion: advocate CI culture across the manufacturing site.
• Performance Board Support: assist with performance board meetings.
• LEAN Tools Application: apply 5S, 3C, A3, PDCA to real-world scenarios.
• Project Involvement: simplify shopfloor processes for human-centric operations.
• 3D Printing: support prototyping to streamline processes.
• Work Instruction Enhancement & Standardization: help simplify and improve docs.
• Equipment Utilization: gather data to support decisions across DSM.
