Job summary

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies in Hillerød, Denmark, is seeking four internship positions to gain hands-on experience in process optimization, data analytics, and continuous improvement within a biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

You will work independently with strong mentoring during the first month, contributing to workshops, data dashboards, and on-site improvement projects while embracing LEAN and Shingo methodologies to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Open interest or academic background in biopharmaceutical manufacturing or process optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and visualization platforms like Alteryx, Tableau, and Power Apps.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Workshop Facilitation: Collaborate with teams to plan and facilitate workshops aimed at process improvement.
• Data Analysis & Dashboard Creation: Utilize Alteryx to build robust data sources and develop dashboards and apps in Tableau and Power Apps.
• Improvement Projects: Lead and execute projects focused on continuous improvement and systematic problem-solving.
• Problem-Solving & Kaizen Activities: Participate in activities to identify and solve operational challenges, enhancing efficiency.
• Performance Metrics: Contribute to the development and refinement of KPIs.
• Culture Promotion: Advocate for CI culture across the manufacturing site.
• Performance Board Support: Assist and/or facilitate performance board meetings focusing on operational excellence.
• LEAN Tools Application: Gain proficiency in applying LEAN tools such as 5S, 3C, A3, and PDCA to real-world scenarios.
