Job summary

EG Housing is seeking a Lead Developer to drive daily development, design, implement, and maintain high-quality software for the EG ProBo Extra platform. You will balance hands-on coding with technical leadership and help the team leverage AI as a coding partner.

You will work with a multi-tenant housing platform built with Angular, .NET, and an Nx monorepo, while collaborating with product management and architects to shape the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has solid proven experience as a senior software or lead developer, ideally with knowledge of housing administration or enterprise solutions, but this is not a requirement.
• Proven experience as lead software developer and strong experience in modern software development practices.
• Experience in .Net and/or Angular is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for technical discussions and drive solutions aligned with strategic direction.
• Collaborate with Product management and colleagues on design and tech.
• Develop and maintain features in EG ProBo Extra with high code quality.
• Be the go-to person for the team to overcome obstacles.
• Set the technical direction and collaborate with the architect.
