Job summary

Femern Link Contractors (FLC) is seeking a Scaffold Working Foreman to lead a team of scaffolders and apprentices on the Fehmarnbelt tunnel project in Denmark. You will coordinate daily scaffold activities, ensure safety, and actively participate in hands-on work across varied scaffold systems.

The role requires a Danish 2-year scaffolding education and the ability to communicate in Danish or English. The position is hourly paid with potential for overtime depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Danish 2-year scaffolding education completed.
• Proven experience erecting, modifying and dismantling scaffolds.
• Experience leading others or readiness to advance from scaffolder to foreman.
• Strong safety mindset and responsibility for the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead erection, modification and dismantling of system scaffolding.
• Plan and coordinate daily scaffold work with crews.
• Direct diverse scaffolding solutions: facades, towers, platforms and mobile scaffolds.
• Ensure safety and compliance with drawings, regulations and procedures.
• Inspect scaffolds during erection and after completion for quality and safety.
• Prepare detailed task descriptions and contribute to new scaffold activities.
