Responsibilities

• Own product responsibility for the Coupler Portfolio and drive design improvements.
• Investigate product failures and perform root cause analyses.
• Ensure robustness, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Provide mechanical expertise across projects and operations.
• Support industrialization and transfer from R&D to Operations.
