Job summary

C-Leanship As in Denmark is seeking an Engineering Project Lead to own technical projects around the current ROV fleet. You will drive concepts from idea to water, coordinating with teams in Denmark and Singapore and reporting to the CPIO.

The role requires a degree in marine/mechanical engineering or mechatronics and 5+ years of hands-on experience in marine or ROV environments. Travel to hubs in Singapore and Busan is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in marine engineering, mechanical engineering or mechatronics.
• Hands-on engineering experience in marine, subsea, or ROV environments.
• Experience leading technical projects end-to-end: scoping, supplier management, scheduling, budgeting, shipping results.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of major ROV development projects (upgrade programmes and modular new-build programmes).
• Translate concepts into manufacturable hardware with suppliers across Europe and Asia.
• Coordinate cross-functional handoffs between Engineering, ROV Development, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Drive documentation, CAD discipline and configuration control to enable scaling.
• Evaluate and integrate next-generation subsystems with system partners.
• Be the technical interface to strategic supplier-partners on ROV control systems.
