Job summary

Danfoss Climate Solutions is seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to guide a growing team in Sofia. You will drive development of full-stack TypeScript applications, shape architecture, and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions across web, desktop, and mobile platforms.

You will mentor peers, promote engineering excellence, and leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery while upholding high standards. A strong background in Azure and cloud-native design is essential.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Experience as a Lead Full Stack/Technical Lead in an international environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, React Native, and Electron for web, desktop and mobile apps.
• Backend experience with REST APIs, WebSockets, and cloud-based solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, especially Azure Functions and cloud-native architectures.
• Understanding of distributed systems, software architecture, and CI/CD practices.

• Lead technical development of full-stack TypeScript applications, from architecture and design to implementation and delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Educational background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer, Technical Lead, or similar, ideally in an international environment. Experience in industrial software development is a plus.
• Strong hands‑on experience with TypeScript, React, React Native, and Electron, developing modern web, desktop, and mobile applications.
• Solid backend development experience, including REST APIs, WebSockets, and cloud‑based solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, particularly Azure Functions and cloud‑native architectures.
• Good understanding of distributed systems, software architecture, and CI/CD practices.
• A proactive, curious mindset, open to embrace challenges and achieve results with an eclectic approach
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English
