Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Principal Statistician for Early Phase, fully remote across Europe. You will lead statistical strategy, SAP development, and trials support from design to CSR.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in biostatistics, with extensive clinical trial leadership experience and strong R programming skills; familiarity with SAS and regulatory submissions is a plus. Excellent communication in English required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in biostatistics or related discipline.
• Extensive experience in clinical trials or leading multiple projects.
• Program/Project leadership and strategy development.
• Proficiency in R programming.
• Experience with regulatory submissions preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Leads development and execution of a clinical development plan with Go/No Go framework.
• Uses simulations and statistical strategy to inform trial design decisions.
• Mentors biostatisticians and develops training plans for staff.
• Directs activities of biostatistics personnel to ensure timely, high-quality work.
• Prepares SAPs and mock-up displays for tables, listings, and figures.
• May lead complex projects and participate in regulatory meetings as needed.
