Sygna is seeking a Lead Commissioning Manager to drive commissioning activities across construction projects from planning through handover. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure high-quality results that meet client expectations.

As a Lead Commissioning Manager you play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of commissioning activities within the construction project, from planning and execution to quality assurance and client satisfaction. Your technical expertise, and strategic vision are essential for delivering high-quality outcomes that meet project objectives and exceed client expectations.
You will provide strategic and tactical building services commissioning management support to the project team for the engineering process of a project from conception to completion. Our focus is on teamwork our philosophy is to be part of the solution, not the problem. We focus on quality in all aspects of commissioning management – planning, programming, reporting, collaborative working, witnessing and handing over to the FM teams.
