Job summary

Danske Bank is seeking a Lead Business & Functional Specialist to shape the ERP-to-Bank integration agenda for corporate customers across Nordic markets. You will lead business requirements and customer journey development, work with diverse teams in an agile setting, and drive data integration and API initiatives.

You will facilitate workshops, translate needs into priorities, and ensure a strong customer and commercial perspective throughout the work.

Join our Customer & Sector Integration Tribe as a Lead Business & Functional Specialist to shape Danske Bank's ERP-to-Bank integration agenda. You will define how business customers securely share ERP and accounting data with the bank, enabling advisory services, and accelerating digital product innovation.

What you will be doing:

As part of our newly established ERP-to-Bank Integration squad, you will enable corporate customers across Nordic markets to share ERP data securely with the bank. Working with diverse teams in an agile environment, you will support business areas like FX, Working Capital, and Cash Management to create new customer value through data integration.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Lead development and refinement of business requirements across FX, Working Capital, and Cash Management.
• Facilitate workshops and gather requirements from internal stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear priorities and decision material.
• Ensure strong customer and commercial perspectives throughout the work.
• Support procurement and vendor management activities including RFI/RFP development.
• Develop customer journey maps from exploration through prioritisation and mobilization.

About you:

• Extensive experience in business analysis, product development, or consulting within financial services.
• Ability to lead business requirements and customer journey development.
• Strong analytical capabilities and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with APIs, ERP integrations, data flows, and consent management.
• Excellent facilitation skills with experience conducting workshops and building alignment.
• Strategic and customer-focused mindset with the ability to turn insights into recommendations.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional, and cross-country environments.
• Fluency in English language.
• Preferably, you have worked within corporate banking, payments, cash management, working capital, credit, FX, or ERP-related domains.

We offer:

The workplace can be in Copenhagen, Denmark or Vilnius, Lithuania. If you are hired in Lithuania, monthly salary range would be from 4400 to 6600 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
