Job summary

Danske Bank is seeking a Lead Business & Functional Specialist to shape the ERP-to-Bank integration agenda and enable secure data sharing between corporate customers and the bank across Nordic markets.

You will lead business requirements, facilitate workshops, translate needs into priorities, and ensure customer and commercial perspectives drive data integration, API usage, and vendor activities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in business analysis, product development, or consulting within financial services.
• Ability to lead business requirements and customer journey development.
• Strong analytical capabilities and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with APIs, ERP integrations, data flows, and consent management.
• Excellent facilitation skills with experience conducting workshops and building alignment.
• Strategic and customer-focused mindset with the ability to turn insights into recommendations.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional, and cross-country environments.
• Fluency in English language.
• Preferably, you have worked within corporate banking, payments, cash management, working capital, credit, FX, or ERP-related domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and refinement of business requirements across FX, Working Capital, and Cash Management.
• Facilitate workshops and gather requirements from internal stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear priorities and decision material.
• Ensure strong customer and commercial perspectives throughout the work.
• Support procurement and vendor management activities including RFI/RFP development.
• Develop customer journey maps from exploration through prioritisation and mobilization.
