Alphaconnect, Randers-based surveying firm, seeks an experienced Land Surveyor to perform field measurements and data collection to define boundaries, topography and related details for projects in Denmark. The role involves on-site data gathering with advanced equipment and producing accurate maps and reports.

You will analyze data, determine parcel boundaries, and prepare legal descriptions while coordinating with engineers and architects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor.
• Proficient with total stations and GPS receivers.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and GIS applications.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

We are a well-established and growing land surveying firm based in Randers seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team As a Land Surveyor you will be responsible for conducting measurements and collecting data on land buildings and other structures to determine boundaries topography and other relevant information

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site surveys to collect data using specialized equipment such as total stations GPS receivers laser scanners and drones
• Analyze collected data to create maps drawings and reports
• Determine property boundaries and prepare legal descriptions of land
• Provide accurate calculations for construction projects
• Maintain accurate records of survey data and ensure proper documentation is completed
• Collaborate with engineers architects and other professionals to provide accurate surveying information
• Stay current with industry standards and advancements in technology related to land surveying
• Adhere to safety protocols while working on site

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Land Surveying or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Land Surveyor
• Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers
• Strong knowledge of relevant software such as AutoCAD and GIS applications
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data accurately
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good communication skills both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the construction or engineering industry
• Familiarity with local regulations related to land surveying
• Surveying license or certification
