We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Land Surveyor Assistant in Horsens Denmark. In this role you will assist our experienced land surveyors in conducting accurate and precise measurements of land and structures for various construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up and operating surveying equipment such as total stations GPS receivers and levels.
• Conduct surveys under the direction of a licensed land surveyor.
• Record survey data using computer software programs.
• Conduct research to gather information on previous surveys property boundaries and other relevant data.
• Help identify potential obstacles or issues that may affect surveying activities.
• Assist in determining the appropriate methods for conducting surveys based on project requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all surveys conducted.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Degree or certificate in land surveying is preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of surveying principles and techniques.
• Proficient with using surveying equipment and computer software programs.
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods of time.
• Good physical stamina and ability to walk long distances carrying equipment.
• Valid drivers license is preferred but not required.

Salary

We are offering a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this contract position.

Location

This position is located in Horsens Denmark. Preference will be given to candidates who are already based in Horsens or willing to relocate at their own expense.
