Job summary

Restaurant Tight in Copenhagen is seeking a dedicated kitchen assistant to join our busy team. You will work with our Head Chef and Assistant Head Chef to prepare, cook and execute our a la carte offerings within a typical 37-40 hour work week, scheduled across day and evening shifts.

You should be comfortable handling hot and cold items, plating to our standards, and following hygiene practices under guidance from colleagues. We look forward to hearing from you! This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, cooking and executing our a la carte dishes alongside the Head Chef and Assistant Head Chef.
• Handle hot and cold menu items and plate to specified standards.
• Maintain hygiene and work with colleagues on ingredient handling and allergy guidance.
