Qualifikationen

• PhD level qualification in medicine/biomedical sciences.
• Strong background in kidney physiology or receptor biology is preferred.
• Experience with molecular and cellular biology techniques and in vivo mouse studies.

Aufgaben

• Conduct independent, high‑quality research and publish in peer‑reviewed journals.
• Design, plan and perform in vivo experiments using transgenic mouse models.
• Carry out in vitro studies with kidney cell cultures to study receptor–ligand interactions and endocytic pathways.
• Apply molecular, biochemical, and histological techniques (e.g., IHC, ELISA, Western blot, qRT‑PCR).
• Analyze and present experimental data at group meetings and conferences; contribute to publications.
• Supervise and mentor Bachelor's and Master's students; participate in daily lab activities.
• Maintain a collaborative, inclusive research environment and report to the group leader.
